Sometimes Land Registry documents are not available in digital pdf format. This is a Land Registry issue beyond our control.

If a document is only available via post, status is displayed as POSTED in the Manage account > Documents section and the Land Registry will post a copy directly to you at the address you have provided on your account (there is now postage charge).

If a document is shown as NOT AVAILABLE, the Land Registry could not deliver this document at this time.  This is usually due to the title currently having pending applications against it or due to the title number being closed.

You will not be charged for this document and any pending funds held for this document will be released back to your account.
