When you get an error message after buying a Title or Register stating: NOT AVAILABLE, this means that the Land Registry do not (yet) have a digitised copy, a PDF, of that document or that they are currently updating that document. This is not something we have control over. If this does happen you will not be charged for 'Not Available' documents.
If you feel you have been charged, then please get in touch using email or Live Chat; please send the Title numbers to Customer Success and we will investigate and come back to you ASAP with a solution.
What does 'Posted' Mean?
In some cases they have a printed copy they will post directly to you, within a 2-week period. This will be shown in your Documents section.
