If you need to change the payment/card details you have used to take out a trial or purchase documents, you have three options:
- Leave a message for us on Live Chat below
- Email the Customer Success team at: email@example.com with the subject line of: Change Payment Details
- or call us on: 0330 088 3513 and ask for Customer Success
We will clear the card details in the backend, which will allow you to then add your new payment information.
Please note, we do not keep your card details on file, these are kept securely via our payment provider, Sage.
